Welcome to Shirt Studio LLC. By placing an order through our website or directly with Shirt Studio LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders & Design Approval

Many of our products are customized specifically for you. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, wording, images, and other customization details before approving an order.

When a design proof is provided, production will begin after your approval. Your approval confirms that you have reviewed the design and authorize Shirt Studio LLC to produce the item as shown.

Once a custom design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Colors, Placement & Product Variations

We do our best to accurately represent our products and designs. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, garment material, printing method, or other production factors.

Because many items are individually produced, slight variations in design placement, sizing, color, or appearance may occur. These minor variations are a natural part of custom production and are not considered defects.

Payments

Payment is required according to the terms provided at checkout or on your invoice. Custom orders will not enter production until all required payments have been received.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, shipping costs, or additional customization fees will be displayed or communicated before payment.

Production & Turnaround Times

Because our products are created with care and often customized to order, production times may vary.

Any turnaround time provided is an estimate and may be affected by order size, product availability, customization requirements, holidays, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order is needed by a specific date, please communicate that date before placing your order so we can determine whether your requested timeline can be accommodated.

Customer-Provided Artwork & Content

Size

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order. We strongly encourage reviewing any available sizing information before purchasing.

Shirt Studio LLC is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.

By submitting a logo, photograph, graphic, phrase, trademark, or other content for use on a custom product, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.

The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses. Shirt Studio LLC reserves the right to decline any design or order that we believe may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Right to Refuse Service

Shirt Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing content we determine to be unlawful, infringing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for our business.

If Shirt Studio LLC cancels an order before production for reasons unrelated to a customer's violation of these Terms, any applicable payment for unproduced items will be refunded.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once materials have been ordered, a design has been approved, or production has begun, cancellations, changes, or refunds may not be available.

Website Use

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Shirt Studio LLC name, branding, website content, original graphics, photographs, and other original materials created by Shirt Studio LLC may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Information on this website is provided for general informational and purchasing purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information accurate, but occasional errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify products or services, or cancel an affected order when necessary.

Updates to These Terms

Shirt Studio LLC may update these Terms & Conditions as our business, products, or services evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
