Policies

We want you to love what we create for you! Because many Shirt Studio LLC products are customized or made specifically for each customer, our policies are a little different from those of a traditional retail store. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Something Wrong With Your Order?

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for you and are considered final sale once production has begun.
 

Please carefully review all customization details before submitting or approving your order, including:

  • Names and spelling

  • Dates and numbers

  • Design wording

  • Garment color

  • Garment size

  • Design colors and placement
     

If we provide a design proof, please review it carefully. Once you approve the proof, we will create your order based on that approved design.

We want to make it right!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the design or customization you approved due to an error on our part, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Need to change something? Contact us as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once your order has entered production or materials have been purchased specifically for your order, we may be unable to make changes or issue a cancellation or refund.

Production & Turnaround Times

Because our products are created with care and often customized to order, production times may vary.

Any turnaround time provided is an estimate and may be affected by order size, product availability, customization requirements, holidays, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order is needed by a specific date, please communicate that date before placing your order so we can determine whether your requested timeline can be accommodated.

Customer-Provided Artwork & Content

Shipping

Shipping times are separate from production times.
 

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of Shirt Studio LLC's control.
 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Local Pickup

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving for pickup.

By submitting a logo, photograph, graphic, phrase, trademark, or other content for use on a custom product, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.

The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses. Shirt Studio LLC reserves the right to decline any design or order that we believe may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
